realsmart enables learners to build online portfolios of evidence using self assessment to recognise and record progression through each diploma unit.
Evidence Progression
Learners can provide media-rich evidence of progression through the Functional Skills competencies using rpassport and against Principal Learning criteria within an rafl unit. Mentors, assessors or work-based contacts can review and milestone evidence and provide mentor assessment and feedback throughout the whole process.
Online access
Portfolios can be accessed and developed in school or at home for theoretical study and in the workplace to evidence practical experience.
